Shinsei's Precious Memory was a tea house in the Ochiyo district of Otosan Uchi. Legends said the Shinsei stopped at this site on his way to gather the Seven Thunders for his final battle against Fu Leng, taking tea with the peasants there. The tea house was built to honor that day and everyone who 'worked' there was a volunteer.
