Hitzen is known as the strongest villan in DragonBall PD. He was responsible for the death of Yamcha. He is the son of the Black Rose. He appears like Cui from the original DBZ,weak and useless,but, he even made JODENKU pass out. Litteraly. Hes pretty strong. He was defeated by Jodenikai in the year 958. Today, he's in the Underworld, probably trying to get stronger by killing others villains.
