The First Minister (formerly Vice President) is the Confederacy of Free Regions' second-in-command, after the Chancellor. The First Minister is elected by the people at the same day as the Chancellor, and is the spokesperson for the Cabinet. The First Minister was prior to the COFR Infrastructure Act called "Vice President".
