Tyermaillin is an Altmer healer and member of the Blades. He is currently living in his house, in Balmora with a fellow Blade, Rithleen. The Nerevarine will be sent by Caius Cosades to receive training if they want it. Tyermaillin provides training in Enchant, Mysticism, and Restoration. He also sells potions, spells, and ingredients.
