Rosebank Gardens is a small housing estate in Johnstone, near Glasgow. It was privately built and lies just off Woodbank Crescent in Central Johnstone. It is the first private housing to be built in the area and was completed in 2002. Housing is a mixture of terraced housing and one 3 storey block of flats on former wasteland. The houses are small and affordable as demand for housing to buy in Britain continues to rise.
