Harry Hickox (22 October 1910 - 3 June 1994) began his career in television as a character actor, with roles primarily in Westerns such as The Adventures of Kit Carson, The Roy Rogers Show, and Bonanza. He starred as the villian "Charlie Cowell" in the film version of The Music Man (1962), followed by the short-lived series No Time for Sergeants (1964- 1965), in which he played "Sgt. Orville King". He also appeared with fellow Bionic Woman guest star Skip Homeier in The Ghost and Mr. Chicken (1966).
