Duram says there might be someone at Patty's Tavern who is interested in buying a fishmonger. * Speak to Nico inside Patty's Tavern and buy the ring off him for 300 gold (giving him enough money to buy the fishmongers) * Return to Philus * Reward 200 XP and 2x Pearls.
