While you may not know or care to appreciate it "Skelengel" can be the key to drawing you closer to the next card you'll hold dear. "Skelengel" began to replace some copies of "Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive" to help balance out LIGHT and DARK in Chaos Decks.
