Charlie Wen, callsign Viper 7 is a member of the United States Air Force's Viper Squadron, which participated in the defense of Washington, D.C.. Wen assists the Warwolf Squadron in their mission to protect the city until he is killed by a New Russian Federation pilot in a suicide attack.
