A new neighbor of the Simpsons named Bobby starts to hang out with Bart. However, Homer doesntt trust Bobby and spies on him and Bart whenever they are together. Soon, however, Bart is kidnapped by "Bobby" who reveals he's Sideshow Bob. He kidnaps Bart but Homer was listening in the closet and brings the family to save Bart. They defeat Bob and Sideshow Bob is arrested once again, not before swearing vengeance on the Simpsons and that he will never underestimate Homer again.
