Queen Zoe was the ruler of a hidden city of gold, known as El Casa Del Oro, inhabited by descendants of the Incas and Spanish Conquistadors. She was kept eternally youthful by a pool with magical waters within a secret chammber of the city, that only she had access to. She claimed to have ruled the city since the height of the Incan Empire, and no inhabitant could remember her aging a day. She wished for the hand of Dr. Voodoo in marriage, and considered in non-negotiable. When she learned that her subject, Tola, was interested in the American doctor, she threatened to throw the woman into a local volcano. Zoe appeared to speak Spanish, though it was unclear if this was her native language.
