The 2015 NWHL Draft shall take place on June 22, 2015. A draft lottery was held and the New York Riveters earned the first pick overall. The New York Riveters are a professional ice hockey team based in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The Riveters will be playing their home games at Aviator Sports and Events in Brooklyn, NY. They are one of the four charter franchises of the National Women's Hockey League (2015) (NWHL). The Riveters are one of two NWHL franchises in New York State along with the Buffalo Beauts.
