Hello, this is my first try at posting a build; please forgive any newbish errors. This build has lasted me through proph and factions in both normal and hard mode, and seems to work pretty well as a general build. I did not own nightfall for most of using this build, so there may be nightfall skills that work really well with it. Criticism is invited :) I personally like this build because it allows the ele to always be ready for an encounter and have a constant aoe damage output.
