Tacto was one of the Twin Cities of the planet Radnor, the other being Aubendo. When Radnor faced a bioplague in the years leading up to the Clone Wars, Tacto was in one of the few areas unaffected by it. Tacto was in the Clear Sector, divided from its sister city's Isolation Sector by an energy gate.
