David Brimmer (also known as Michael Alston Baley) is a New York-based voice actor afiiliated with 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media and NYAV Post who has lent his voice to a few characters in Pokémon in its earliest seasons (up through Season 4). He later rejoined the series during Season 11, some time after TPCi acquired the license.
