Section 646 of the Act requires Inspectors General of agencies or departments covered in the Act to report to Congress within 60 days of enactment on activities by those agencies or departments relating to the collection of Personally identifiable information (PII) about individuals who access any Internet site of that department or agency, or entering into agreements with third parties to obtain PII about use of government or non-government websites.
