Heaven's Breath Dojo was built in the mid-to-late 12th century on the edge of the grounds of Otaku Seido, specialized in training members of the Utaku in the arts of the courtier. It taught the Utaku Battle Maiden, Utaku Infantry and Utaku Mediator schools.
