Gilbert Gottfried is and American Actor of Jewish Decent, who most famously voiced to parrot Iago in the Aladdin film trilogy and tv series. He is easy to recognise due to his high grating voice which he uses in almost all of his film and tv work. His role in Hannah Montana was as the harsh music critic Barney Bittman who gives bad reviews to almost everyone who performs to him (with the acception of Hannah Montana).
