Hurbanovan Mining was a Lovian mining company that was mostly active in Oceana. It has constructed eleven functional mines and has created over fifty test shafts, even on the City Archipelago. The company was active from 1875 to 2009, when it merged with Zlate Mining to Eastwood Mining. Being the largest mining company of Oceana, and even Lovia, it has had a major impact on Hurbanova and its development. In fact, the company has founded the town. In the sixties and seventies, almost all mines were closed and the company had to fire over 500 workers, leading to a huge number of unemployed people in Hurbanova and Noble City. This company was not very safe and was condemned by the Miners Union of Lovia.
