Sister Agnes was a resident of Redwall Abbey who was a helper to Friar Hugo in The Kitchen, doing various work. She also kept herself busy by helping Sister May in the Infirmary. She was known for her orchard fruit cake with buttercup cream center. Sister Agnes was a minor character, not much else is known about her.
