Siobhan Hayes (born 23 April 1975) is an actress and presenter best known for her role as Abi Harper in the British television series My Family. Hayes portrayed Abi Harper as a dimwitted and clumsy student in the British sitcom My Family, a role she has reprised since 2002 to 2008 when the character was written out of the programme as becoming a nun. She played office trainee Sandy in the radio version of Absolute Power. She has also made guest appearances in Little Britain, Paul Merton: The Series, Marple: Murder at the Vicarage, Birds of a Feather, and The Bill early appearances included playing a pupil of class 5C from 1991 onwards in the series Up the Garden Path
