Fuuka was originally a Gible that hatched from an egg that Emerald recieved from a breeder as thanks for helping her out in a pinch . As a Mach Pokemon and with a Jolly personality, she's able to break the sound barrier in mere seconds and reach very high mach speeds with little effort. In addition to her speed is her high Attack power; with it, Fuuka is able to land very solid blows on her opponents. Her Rough Skin gives recoil damage to the attacker when hit physically; her Rocky Helmet also sends damage, making the opponent lose a considerable amount of health when these two combine. She and Emerald both share a very tight bond just like the rest of his Pokemon party, though not exactly perfect due to how they fight like regular siblings do.
