USS Austerlitz (NCC-3108) was a Mitannic-class battlecruiser on active duty in Starfleet during at least the late 23rd century. (Federation Reference Series 3) Austerlitz was originally scheduled to be a Menahga-class battlecruiser, but tests of the Menahgas necessitated corrections and improvements to ordnance systems and Bussard collectors, resulting in a subtly improved battlecruiser design. Austerlitz was commissioned in the late 2280s.
