The Drunken Fisherman is an average quality inn in the Fish Market District of Port Blacksand. It is situated on the west end of Herring Wharf. The inn is decorated after a piscatorial nautical theme and its clients live up to its name. A small tower on the roof has a beacon light to guide sailors to port but cannot be seen from the city.
