According to Rock's age information, he had 14 days left in the elder life stage when he died. As with many pre-made Sims in Strangetown, the "Skintone" part of Rock's Sim DNA is missing. He has no skill points, like most other deceased Sims, contradicting his eligibility for promotion to General.
