Hars was founded in 1993 in Akşehir, Turkey to manufacture bearings and exhaust systems. They expanded in both 1998 and 2014, when they added Clutch, Steering, driveline, rear layout, Front Wheel, Engine, Hydraulic Parts, Cooling Systems, Brake Parts, fenders, grille and hoods as products, plus the manufacture of licensed Massey Ferguson tractors. It appears they are the successor to the Baskent tractors, and assemble from CKDs imported from ITMCo in Iran.
