Ryan Elliott is the figurehead leader of the nation Tsing Lo. Nothing is recorded about his past; in fact, he appeared out of a large crowd of nomads and assumed power of one of the fastest-growing nations on the rise. He came into power after the death of nation-founder Pingtze Chuang Elliott. Ryan claimed to be the son of the former leader, and deigned himself dictator in early January 2007. In early February of the same year, he was overrun by forces that controlled the government through the military. Since the successful coup by radical Pingtze Tse Yangchi, Elliott has not been seen in Tsing Lo territory. He was a fair ruler who gave the people what they wanted while attempting to nurture a growing nation.
