The Poison Toad, also known as the Venom Toad, is an enemy from Final Fantasy III. It is found in the Cave of Tides, and is fought usually in groups of two or three. It is not a particularly powerful enemy, but can be troublesome to a level 15 or lower party. Physical attacks are the best way to defeat them, though Fire (for the NES version) and Thunder (for the DS version) spells or from items work well enough on them.
