The alienPrimes were the result of the evolution and incorporation of other sentient species into the original Prime civilisation. They were formed in the Dyson Beta system after exploration fleets, and in extension the immotiles controlling them, could no longer communicate with their main cluster of immotiles back in Dyson Alpha and thus began evolving and expanding.
