Disco troopers were equipped with brilliant, flamboyant white and blue uniforms with stylish capes and an open front. Disco troopers were required to have thick black body hair prominently displayed through their uniforms. Afro hairstyles under their helmets were optional, but encouraged. Their blasters were specially equipped with funk and soul settings, with a prominent syncopated electric bass line.
