Formed by English speaking immigrants around the mouth of of the River Plate, Neoterra takes the writings of Plato and Aristotle as a model for their Society. It has worked so far, with only a dreadful incedent at a synthetic milk factory damaging the peoples otherwise high standard of living. Joining the ODN for protection against the roving bands of Indian bandits in the interior, Neoterra has since expanded into the uncharted interior of the new world and brought civilisation and jaffa cakes to the previously barbaric inhabitants.
