Joaquin Garay (November 15, 1911 - September 13, 1990) was a Mexican voice actor. He provided the original voice of Panchito Pistoles in The Three Caballeros and the voices of the radio announcer, the singing trio, the man on telephone and a group of Mexican people in the Goofy cartoon For Whom the Bulls Toil.
