Elan Cirreux was a French doctor and one of the final members of a North Korean group that trained young orphaned girls to kill in North Korea's name and for the cause. One of the recruits was a young Korean girl named Lee Wuan Kai who many years later re-emerged, having arrived in Washington D.C. after battling the Office of Special Projects team led by NCIS Special Agent G. Callen in Los Angeles. After finding Cirreux, Kai forced him to treat her injuries at gunpoint before shooting him twice in the head and fleeing.
