Nancy was an acquaintance of a keeper working in the Arklay Laboratory, presumably his girlfriend. She was mentioned in the May 15, 1998 entry of the Keeper's Diary, when the keeper wanted to go out and see her but was prevented from doing so after being infected with the t-Virus.
