The DNI-1 damage control remote was an automated reconnaissance and repair device used in the diaspora era. The Royal Manticoran Navy troops who boarded Shona Station in 1922 PD used such a device to remotely plant an explosive near the Solarian Gendarmerie defenders. (HH14)
