Mac Hong Quan (Vietnamese: Mạc Hồng Quân) (born 1 January 1992 in Ninh Binh) is a Vietnamese professional footballer. He recently plays as a midfielder for AC Sparta Prague B in Druha Liga. He was released from his Sparta contract in 2012. Quan is a member of the Vietnam national under-23 football team.
