He only appears in the episodes Manners Suck and Candy Sale as Mr. Candy. He is a motivational guess speaker that was removed from school due to Beavis's thoughts about him (mainly false). He tried to teach the school manners, but he and Mr. Van Driessen had a fight after he hurt Beavis. He returns to get the students to make money out of candy. He had another fight with Coach Buzzcut after losing his temper with Beavis and Butt-head.
