The Arbiter of the Qanon was a jinn who had been hosted by Hekau, the Qabal leader, until the events of the Awakening in 1132. His soul was released from the Senpet body to become the harbinger of the Qanon. They would become the front line against Kaleel, the Jinn Lord, and his legion. The Qanon had been jinn hidden in human form since the Day of Wrath, waiting the time they would be needed, to save the mortal world.
