Otto Von Goon is a goon--a smaller, smarter member of the Ogre family--who lives with the Sheriff Schlultz Meistersson, and Mrs. Meisterson. Otto is amiable for a goon, but doesn't know his own strength and tends to break a few incidental bones. He hangs out with the Sheriff all day, willing to be support and the Sheriff's goon. Spielburg is an easy town to police, so the sheriff only needs one goon to do his bidding.
