Custard is a pale pink cat with a red, heart-shaped nose owned by Strawberry Shortcake. She first appears in, "The World of Strawberry Shortcake". In, "Strawberry Shortcake: Pets on Parade", she had her speaking appearance, where she was In this appearance, she encouraged Souffle the Skunk when he wanted to run away. In the 2003 reboot, Custard speaks much more often and has a rather sarcastic personality. In the 2009 reboot, Custard has no speaking roles.
