Dino talks to Squalo during Squalo's hospitalization after he lost to Yamamoto in the Rain Ring Battle. Squalo complains that Dino should have just let him die instead of rescuing him. Dino disagrees and reminisces about their first meeting at a school for children of the Mafia when they were teenagers. There is also a flashback of Dino and Squalo encountering each other again as adults, after a Vongola meeting with Timoteo. Back in the present, Squalo falls alseep and Dino tells him not to squander his life. Romario and Dino's Father make cameos in this drama CD.
