Mon Mothma spoke highly of Sabé Arcadia, the Queen of Utapau during the Trade Federation shipping cartel's Invasion of Utapau in 22 BBY, saying that Arcadia's spirit led to the start of a rebellion. These remarks were later documented in the Journal of the Whills, a manuscript of galactic history.
