Captain Kayl Moorwalker is both the First Elder of the Council of Elders and the High Captain of Everlund, in 1372 DR. Kayl was an intelligent military commander who preferred to look after the interests of the nobility rather than commoners and merchants. As a result of this, he was looked upon favourably by the elves of the Council of Elders.
