The Undersea Porthole was an exclusive item until it retired on February 22, 2008, then surprisingly was found un-retired on the exclusive list in the W-Shop on December 17, 2008! Ganz said it was a glitch that it was retired. This is the first exclusive to come back after being retired. It has a fish inside it with big fang teeth inside water swimming around it.
