The Dark Kaleesh was a clone created by General Grievous of himself towards the end of the Clone Wars. He had all the memories and experiences of the original Grievous but without the lack of force sensitivity due to a cybernetic body. He was created in Grievous' secret palace on Kalee and left in the care of handpicked warriors from the Black Hand sect of the Kolkpravis.
