Route 16 is a north-south urban route on the Numbered Highways in San Andreas. It is the shortest route in the system. The route was revealed in the GTA V map insert with its marker placed on Mad Wayne Thunder Drive. However, the map does not show the path of the route. One possibility is that it connects Richman and Rockford Hills with the freeways of Downtown Los Santos, via Palomino Avenue. Its northern end is at Route 18 and its southern end is at the intersection of Interstates 2 and 5.
