Roger Daly died in battle while defending the Great Caern. When the Syndicate-backed Diefenbakker's Casino opened in Vancouver in 1996, a wolf pelt hung on display in the lobby of its connected hotel, the Timberwolf Lodge. This pelt was actually the pelt of a local Garou who had gone missing two years earlier — one with markings around its eyes resembling a pair of glasses, the same markings that were seen around Daly's eyes in his rarely-used lupus form. This seems to indicate that Daly has been slain either by the Syndicate or, more likely, their allies in Pentex.
