Hector's barn is a barn kept by the former handyman Hector of the Village of Fowl Devotees on the outskirts of the town. In its backyard is the Nevermore Tree where the V.F.D. crows roost at night. Hector kept a secret library in his barn containing all the books banned by the Council of Elders and the barn also had a secret workshop full of mechanical devices that were also banned by the Council.
