The door to the Chamber of Gold will be unlocked after defeating the Golden Dragon in the Ancient Ruins. Inside, you will find a few red treasure chests, Mimics and a Wicked Box. Although one location appears to be filled with riches, you cannot actually loot anything other than the enemies or small red treasure chests.
