Major Bridges is tough Special Forces officer in charge of the DoD's Quick Reaction Force. If a sensitive military installation experiences a "situation" they cannot control, Major Bridges and his QRF platoons are sent in to contain the threat and employ whatever countermeasures are deemed necessary. It is unknown if Crispy hated him for not authorizing the evac after Mc-Can was killed by a mutant. After killing the mutated Crispy, you no longer can hear him. After the player enters the Alien Dimension, he is no longer heard from for the rest of the game. It is unknown if he is killed when the quantum destabilizer destroys the base.
